Long a fixture among Bangkok’s and Asia’s culinary greats, Sühring restaurant has now earned the ultimate accolade: three Michelin stars in the newly unveiled 2026 Michelin Guide Thailand – an honor many consider well deserved.
Shortly before receiving this distinction, Sühring partnered with Beijing’s three-Michelin-starred Chao Shang Chao (Chaoyang) for a special collaboration.
Cheung Yat Fung, Executive Chef of Chao Shang Chao and the first chef in mainland China to win the Michelin Guide Mentor Chef Award, admitted that working with Sühring proved to be his most challenging and pressure-filled collaboration this year, owing to the team’s extraordinary talent. The payoff was a beautifully synchronized creation.
